Solo Leveling anime trailer reveals 2023 release date
Crunchyroll is adapting a popular webtoon into an anime.
Solo leveling is finally getting its own show. The highly popular webtoon has waited years for an adaptation, and one is now on the way from production firm A-1 Pictures in 2023. (Kaguya-Sama: Love is War). The anime was revealed at Anime Expo 2022, and the first teaser trailer was released. The anime will launch next year and will be available on Crunchyroll throughout North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
Except for a still photograph of the series’ main character, the teaser has few images. The video also includes several photos from the webtoon as well as concept art from A-1. Hiroyuki Sawano, the composer for Attack on Titan and many more anime, will create the soundtrack for the series.

The series is set in a fantasy world full of magically gifted individuals known as Hunters. It follows Sung Jinwoo, one of the world’s weakest Hunters, before a strange power grants him the ability to level up. He soon gains strength, surpassing others who formerly deemed him feeble.
Solo Leveling is based on Chugong’s South Korean online book, which became even more famous when it was transformed into a digital comic. The webtoon version was eventually published into a printed form on KakaoPage, and hardcopy issues in English have also been issued.
