We’ll show you where to find every Sacred Tear in the Lands Between to upgrade your Flasks of Crimson and Cerulean Tears in our Elden Ring Sacred Tear guide. Churches are constantly full of Sacred Tears.

Sacred Tears are consumable consumables that you may use to improve your Sacred Flasks at locations of grace. Each Sacred Tear you use enhances the amount of HP or FP restored by your Flasks.

ELDEN RING LIMGRAVE SACRED TEAR LOCATIONS

Limgrave and the Weeping Peninsula have four Sacred Tears. They may be found at the Third Marika Church, the Church of Pilgrimage, the Fourth Marika Church, and the Callu Baptismal Church.

ELDEN RING LIURNIA SACRED TEAR LOCATIONS

In Liurnia of the Lakes, there are three Sacred Tears to collect. They may be found in the Church of Irith, the Bellum Church, and the Church of Inhibition.

ELDEN RING ALTUS PLATEAU SACRED TEAR LOCATIONS

The Altus Plateau contains two Sacred Tears that must be collected. They may be found at the Second Church of Marika and the Stormcaller Church.

ELDEN RING CAELID AND DRAGONBARROW SACRED TEAR LOCATIONS

In Caelid and Dragonbarrow, there is only one Sacred Tear to be found. It may be found at the Church of the Plague.
