Eivor’s ‘Last Chapter’ is the new Assassin’s Creed Valhalla DLC

Perhaps back to Vinland?

Ubisoft said Saturday that Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will receive additional DLC that will wrap up portions of the game’s storylines. The new questline is named The Last Chapter, and it will be available “in a few months.”

The Last Chapter is the fourth DLC pack for Valhalla, after Dawn of Ragnarok, The Siege of Paris, and Wrath of the Druids. Unlike those, The Last Chapter is available to all Assassin’s Creed Valhalla players for free. Eivor proclaims in a short clip aired Saturday that she is ready to leave her Viking camp and “go off for faraway beaches and new experiences.”

What are those shores? Ubisoft doesn’t specify, but it would make sense for it to be Vinland, a critical site for Eivor — and a mystery from Valhalla that has yet to be solved. Vinland is located in North America in Valhalla. Eivor enters Valhalla once, but her remains mysteriously end up there with no explanation as to why.

Again, Ubisoft did not provide a specific release date for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: The Last Chapter, but it appears that it will be available soon.
